National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October) is a good time to start your nutrition preventive medicine

There is a diet and health revolution today spreading quickly around the
world and the goal is to be more healthy and free of disorders and illness,
including cancer

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and it is also a good time to start eating better, and feeling better. Food is a joy, and you can learn what to eat for weight control, diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, hypoglycemia, pain and even cancer. My father suffered from cancer and I’m confident I extended his life by 21 years by helping him eat the right foods.
My Type 1 diabetes condition caused me to weigh more than 200 lbs. I lost 85 pounds by putting my nutrition preventive medicine into practice on myself, and I continue to lose weight. When I speak to local organizations in Los Angeles, I bring along “before” and “after” photos, which says inspires people to eat healthier. Let’s eat food that is food, not food that looks like food. I’m a diabetic, and when I discovered how to eat right, I felt healthy again. Now, I want to inspire others and share my information to anyone wanting to regain their health.
As a nutritionist coach and food researcher, I plan to conduct a series of seminars on nutrition preventive medicine, entitled, “Eating The Right Food to Regain Your Health,” on Mondays, Sept. 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24 and Nov. 07, 2011 from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. It will be held at Beith David Educational Center, 18648 Clark St., Tarzana CA 91356. (818-344-8523)
